Terms of Use
Plain-language terms for using Visualido. A formal version will be published before paid plans launch.
1. The service
Visualido is a browser-based visual-effects tool. It runs in your browser and renders using your device's hardware. We provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the media you use with Visualido. Because your files are processed locally and never uploaded, you are responsible for having the right to use whatever media you play. Don't use Visualido for unlawful content.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse the service in harmful ways.
- Don't resell or redistribute the service as your own.
- A commercial-use licence for output is included with paid plans (see Plans).
4. Accounts & plans
Some features (cloud sync, watermark-free output, commercial licence) require an account and/or a paid plan. Pricing and billing terms will be presented at checkout when paid plans go live.
5. No warranty & liability
Visualido is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. For live performances, always test your setup in advance.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.

This is an early draft and does not yet constitute a final, binding agreement. It will be finalised before paid plans and accounts go live.
